Dunwoody Food Truck Thursday In 2016, Dunwoody Food Truck Thursdays will be held every Thursday (from 5PM until dark) at Brook Run Parkthrough October 27th.

June 1-12Design is Human celebrates design excellence and contemporary architecture with home tours, exhibits, lectures, and activities.

June 1-30: Support your Atlanta Braves at a home game in June.

June 2-5: Atlanta Food and Wine Festival celebrates Southern cuisine at the Loews Atlanta Hotel and other nearby locations.

June 2-July 21: Free “Movies on the Town” on the green space at Town Brookhaven every Thursday.

June 3-4: Modern Atlanta Dance Festival (MAD 2016) features works of 8 choreographers.

June 10-25: Rapture, Blister, Burn is a witty play about women’s life choices, which the NY Times called “intensely smart, immensely funny” at Out of Box Theatre in Marietta.

June 10-26: See the classic Broadway musical West Side Story, with catchy songs like “America” and “Maria” at Jennie T. Anderson Theatre in Marietta.

June 10- August 5: Hear classic and contemporary jazz, swing, fusion, smooth, and blues with a ticket to Jazz on the Lawn at Callanwolde (Fridays).

June 11-12: Atlanta Street Food Festival features 80 food trucks, art vendors, and live music at Stone Mountain Park.

June 11-18: The Atlanta Cycling Festival offers bike rides, classes, and parties for riders of all ages and abilities. At various Atlanta locations.

June 16-18: Village Theatre hosts seven local comedy groups, six national comedy groups, and three celebrity comedians during the Atlanta Improv Festival.

June 17-19: Juneteenth is a free three-day music festival at Morris Brown College. A Saturday parade leaves Mozely Park at noon and follows MLK Drive to the festival.

June 17-19: Blue Butterfly is the story of a young woman fighting standards and stereotypes to become the first world-renowned black ballerina, live at Marietta Performing Arts Center.

June 18-19: Ivan Amodei involves the audience in his entertaining 90-minute magic show Intimate Illusions, with live cello accompaniment at Omni Atlanta Hotel.

June 18-19: Join Georgia Aquarium this Father’s Day weekend, June 17-19, 2016, for the Oceans and Autos Show showcasing over 50 rare and exotic cars and motorcycles.
June 21-26: See The Wizard of Oz live onstage with the movie songs plus new ones by Frank Lloyd Webber at Fox Theatre.
