July 4 Centennial Olympic Park open at 6 p.m. for 4th of July Celebration, which features top music artists and fireworks at 9:45 p.m. Arrive early since gates may close when the park is full.
July 4 Salute to the Red, White and Blue includes a carnival, food court, live music, and fireworks at 9:30 p.m. near City Hall in East Point.
July 4 AJC Peachtree Road Race follows a scenic 10K course from Buckhead to Piedmont Park.
July 4 Fourth in the Park features a 10 a.m. parade, live music, arts & crafts, food, and carnival games at Marietta Square, followed by fireworks launched from First United Methodist Church at dark
July 4 Bring lawn chairs or blankets to Sparkle in the Park for food vendors and bounce houses (cost), a band at 7:30 p.m., and fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
